Carlos Alfredo Ferla

Founding Partner

Law degree from the National University of Córdoba (1975).

Graduate studies at the University of San Francisco (California, USA) and Harvard University (Massachusetts, USA).

He is in charge of the areas of Corporate Law (negotiations, structural dimensioning, credit and financial management, inter-corporation relations, development, expansion and consolidation policies, etc.) and Corporate Law (corporate disputes, transfer of shares, reorganization, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions), with active participation in the areas of Administrative and Commercial Law.

He took part in the body of procurators of the Province of Córdoba (Treasury Office of Procurators), in the Institute of Administrative Law of the National University of Córdoba, as Adviser to the National Cabinet Minister of Public Works and Services, in the Argentine Chamber of Construction, as member of the Legislation Department of the Industrial Union of Argentina, etc.

Coordinator, lecturer and participant in courses on the areas of Commercial and Administrative Law.

Among other activities related to the profession, he was member of the Honorable Court of Discipline of the Bar Association of Córdoba and arbitrator of the General Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Córdoba.

He has sound experience in the area of business management, which was acquired through his performance as director of important national corporations in different economic and productive areas (financial, insurance, construction, broadcasting, transportation, real estate, concessionaire of public works and services, etc.)

 

Sergio Mario Muzi

Law degree from the National University of Córdoba (1981). "Civil Law Award" of his class.

Specialized in Mediation (University of San Francisco, California, USA) and Negotiation (Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA).

He is in charge of the areas of Administrative Law (privatizations, concessions, public works and services) and Civil Law (civil and real estate contracting, civil liability and damages), with active participation in the areas of Bank, Insurance and Foreclosures, Enforcements and Executions Law.

He was the Director of the Office of Administrative Law of the Bar Association of Córdoba, member of the Institute of Administrative Law and Philosophy of Law of the National University of Córdoba and of the Argentine Association of Philosophy of Law.

Lecturer and participant in numerous courses on education of the areas of Philosophy of Law, Civil Law, and Administrative Law. Author of publications on the topics of Civil Liabilities and Administrative Law.

He has been syndic of financial entities and numerous construction, commercial, insurance and concessionaire of public works and services corporations.

Carlos José Molina

Partner

Law degree from the National University of Córdoba (1994).

During his university career, he worked as clerk for the Judiciary of the Province of Córdoba.
Diploma in ordinary and extraordinary resources; is a specialist in collective labor relations.

He is in charge of the areas of litigious practice (ordinary cases, damages, actions of contractual nature, disputes of civil nature) and Labor Law, with active participation in the areas of tax, Insurance and Enforcements, Foreclosures and Executions Law.

He was Teaching Assistant to the Chair of Finances and Tax Law in the National University of Córdoba.

Coordinator, lecturer and participating in vocational training courses in the areas of Procedural Law and the Labor Law. Among the various activities linked to the exercise of the profession is member of the Honorable Court of discipline of lawyers, and participates actively in the Chamber of Labor Law of the College of Lawyers of Cordoba.

He has been syndic of financial entities and numerous construction, commercial, insurance and concessionaire of public works and services corporations.
